DISTURBIA - The boom microphone makes several cameo appearances at the top of the screen.
PULP FICTION - Royale with cheese dialogue in the car - some shots Travolta's hair is blowing cos the window is open. Other shots, the window is closed.
PULP FICTION - Marsellus Wallace isn't really getting bummed...!

Indiana Jones: Raiders Of The Lost Ark - as Indy pushes out a block stone from the pyramid, when it falls you can see the shadow of it bounce when it hits the floor on the bottom of the screen.
Evil Dead 2 - when Ash is running away from the "evil" he goes behind the walls and you can see the crew holding lights etc because the camera was shot too high.
Star Wars - When the stormtroopers break into the control room, the stormtrooper on the right of the screen hits his head on the door frame.
i'll try and think up some more, i think there's a scene where sean connery has a nice beard trim and haircut in Indiana Jones and the last crusade!!

Didn't that Star Wars one go unnoticed for several years until some 10 year-old kid pointed it out to the producers? Classic, anyway.
Biggest cinematic blunder of all time? The Great Rock n Roll Swindle - just the fact that they made the bloody thing, nothing else!!!
I'll have to start remembering a few anyway so in the words of the Governor of California - "I'll be back"!!!!!

In the DVD version of the Star Wars Stormtrooper Headbang they actually added a "thump" sound effect as he hits the door frame.
Commando : After chasing down Sully, the yellow Porsche is totally wrecked on the left side, until Arnie drives it away, and it's fine.
The Rocky Horror Picture Show: The criminologist describes the events of the movie as taking place "on a late November evening". In the very next scene, Brad and Janet are driving in Brad's car, and President Richard Nixon's resignation speech is playing on the radio. Nixon resigned in August of 1974.
Charlie's Angels: When the Angels are fighting the "Creepy Thin Man," right before Drew Barrymore lifts up Lucy Liu to spin her around and kick the thin man, to get Lucy's attention, Drew hollers out "Lucy!" even though Lucy Liu's character's name is "Alex."
Gladiator: In the "Battle of Carthage" in the Colosseum, one of the chariots is turned over. Once the dust settles you can see a gas cylinder in the back of the chariot.

The watch incident was in The Vikings (late 1950s chestnut starring Kirk Douglas and Tony Curtis).
Talking of Charlie's Angels, I'm pretty certain that in the scene where Drew Barrymore is on a motorcycle you see her T-shirt change a couple of times.
I also remember another costume drama (though I can't recall its name) where a captain is making a speech to the crew on a galleon and you can see a van motoring down a hillside in the background.

Yes - its TV, but in the Young Ones first episode, when Vyvian makes his first entrance by crashing through the wall, you can see the slide behind him.

'Raiders of the Lost Ark' - There is a continuity error near the beginning when Marion cradles the medallion after the Nazis leave. In the first shot it's tied round her neck, in the second shot it's not.
'Plan 9 from Outer Space' - Jesus! Have you got 3 hours? The flying saucers have visible strings, all the gravestones are only 1 foot high, the scenary wobbles, Bela Lugosi's double is bald and 1 foot taller, the 'steering wheels' in the plane are chair-rests, in the conversations in the car the blue screen background alternates between day and night, the script is all wrong etc, etc, etc
'Aliens' - In the scene where Bishop does the 'thing with the knife', if you look at the background, it's in high-speed. Apone's head nods back and forth in a 'Benny-Hill' stylee. Also - the characters stand up when they're in the APC vehicle, but duck to get out of it, which would mean the interior of the vehicle is bigger than the exterior. There are tons of errors in the film, but I can't be arsed listing them - James Cameron is a twat.
'Evil Dead II' - Henrietta (played by Ivan Raimi) doesn't seem to have an arse when she's floating around the room. Apparently the rubber suit fell to bits.
'Jurassic Park' - Richard Attenborough's accent changes from Scottish at the beginning to English by the middle.
'Star Wars' - Carrie Fisher's accent changes from American to English in the scene where she says 'General Tarkin - I should have recognised your foul stench'.
'Return of the Jedi' - When Han Solo reluctantly lends Lando the Millenium Falcon, they're both stood in front of the spaceship. The background is clearly a huge painting. The actors walk in front of it as if they're in a huge aircraft hanger.
'Team America' - This is cool. Watch the big silver statue of Kim Chong in the background. It's actually a real actor who's been spray painted. You can see him moving. The same goes for the statue of liberty (except that bloke stood still).
'Braindead' - Lionel is swallowed back into his zombie mother's womb. He cuts himself free and emerges covered in intestines, blood, pus and other shit. In the next shot, he's bone-dry with just a couple of blood stains.
I'll post more of these later...

'Return of the Jedi' - Just before Jabba the Hutt throws that green woman into the rancor pit, her tit falls out the side of her costume.
'Pirates of the Carribean' (the first one) - How on Earth did the plot-hole get through to the final edit? Why would anyone try to stop a bunch of evil immortal pirates becoming mortal? Moreover, why would a bunch of evil immortal pirates WANT to become mortal? The minute they do, they get killed off. As a result, the entire story is inane and pointless.
More soon...

'Robocop' - When they test that huge robot and it shoots the company man to death ('You have 28 seconds to comply') - you can see the blood packs falling out of his shirt.
'Withnail and I' - When Withnail wrecklessly drives the car home and overtakes the police van ('I'm making time'), all the cars on the duel carriageway are only going about 5 mph.

To be fair to Plan 9..., it was made on a non-existent budget (as were all of Ed Wood's other movies)!!!
It is popularly believed that the flying saucers were made from automobile hubcaps but according to his biographer they were actually kits purchased at a local toy store.
On the subject of cheap effects, the other-worldly look of the phantoms in Carnival Of Souls was achieved using nothing more than domestic flour.

I totally agree in being fair to Plan 9. I've seen that film so many times - wonderfully bad stuff. Actually if you go to my profile at - www.myspace.com/duncanblackThe first thing you'll hear is a quote from Plan 9. The voice saying 'Never heard metal sound like that before' is the bumbling cop tapping the side of a UFO with his torch.
