The start of a new week is never easy and today is one of the hardest I have had in a long time. For those of you that follow my blog you will already have learnt that I have been diagnosed as suffering from Fibromyalgia. OK today I made the “public” announcement but I have had 3 or 4 days to let it sink in and last thing I want is a wave of sympathy cluttering up my in box. It is life, shit happens, you pick yourself up, dust yourself down and get on with it. And that is what I intend to do.
