I think anyone will agree no review is need just that its was Facking Awesome.
Failsafe took the roof off that place, Cant wait to see them again!

I agree, although I think that some attention should be paid to the sound for future gigs!
I don't see how the sound guy can make an accurate assumption of what the bands sound like on stage, when the mixing desk is situated with the band! The sound was far too 'tinny' for my liking and my ears are wrecked as everytime the failsafe's vocals went above a certain point, there was horrendous feedback coming through the PA!
Both bands were really good, although it would have been even better if you could hear what they were playing!

we have already brought the issue up with the management about that, myself and the sound engineer have already said thats the biggest issue.

Mixing from behind the bands has nothing to do with feedback issues in the slightest.

i never said it had anything to do with the feedback.
that was another issue.
im saying surely the sound enginner cant hear a thing if hes up there with the band so he will have no idea of what the band sounds like in the audience.

Admitedly its not the best for the engineer to be behind but it is deoable especially in a venue that small,
If he is an engineer he will be carrying headphones and can guage the mix thus via the pfl to get a level of all the instruments in the mix.
I just did exactly what we have mentioned to 1,000 odd people on the kerrang stage in Bham this weekend.
