Nice that Juz but what's the big obsession with trying to sound American? The Ruthless Rap Assassins never had to did they & The Killer Album ranks alongside It Takes A Nation Of Millions To Hold Us Back, word to my mama

I make an Iller noise but not too sure about sounding from illinois, and yes I made a mistake and quoted it instead of modifying it, your that bastard grammar/spelling fairy.
Bad Young Brother ay, shame Derek B came from a period when UK hip hop didnt have its own identity and rapped with an American twang. I'm lucky to be rhyming in the same era as such greats as Skinnyman, Jehst, Roots Manuva etc who all sound truely British, hopefully I sound more like an English Mc Saizmundo than a Lupe Fiasco, who's from illinois.

The best bit is around 1.58 - sounded like you'd tapped into something at that point. I've played in bands with rappers but I'm not sure whether you'd know them.
Interesting to finally see the man behind the inflamatory posts.
I have now witnessed both sides of the musical warzone that is Juz and Global Parasite. Very different sides of the musical coin it would seem. No wonder there's so much shit flying backwards and forwards!

I haven't 'rapped' with anyone. I just played guitar and they did the rapping.
A guy called Joe rapped on the often ignored track 'Logic of Impossibilty' by Papa Lazaroo (later covered by the band 'Logic of Impossibility'). He was a genius and wrote the whole thing. The track is not your average gansta/Nu-metal fare and features references to a number of respected philosophers. We got airplay on Adam Walton's radio show. Have no idea where Joe is now. Twigg took over vocal duties after Joe left Lazaroo that and did an admirable job. I also played in Logic of Impossibilty with Twigg. I think he lives in Bolton now.
There's been a load of others that I can't remember. They used to invite me out to open mic nights at the Heights Llanberis, Clwb Y Felin in YFelinheli, the George bar in Bangor and Hendre Hall. I'd stand at the back playing guitars and making that Public Enemy 'wheee!' noise after every 4th beat. They used to pay me in beer. I liked Slayer in real life but it was fun.
Another interesting one was Dean (currently a DJ known as 'Mr X'). He rapped on the songs How many coppers can you kill with a letter bomb?, Kill Phil and Freeloader performed by FBF. We never got anywhere, but I did bump into Dean at my 30th birthday party 4 years ago where he attacked me resulting in bruised ribs. We all laugh about it now. Except my wife.
