Teaching contract over. House on market. Coming to a cinema near you in August. I will be living in North Wales again very soon. As such I will be free to do those gigs I couldn't do, collaborate with those people I never got round to collaborating with and joining/forming bands that should have been up and running yonks ago. Maybe I can even finish that bloody album I started in 2006 before it turns into another bloody Chinese Democracy (but less shite). If anyone requires my guitar services from August onwards, get in touch at the following myspaz address, and I'll see what I can do - www.myspace.com/duncanblack

Are there bassists available?
They must have been breeding whilst I've been away, filthy beggars!
I'll have 5, including the one with the wonky leg.

Before you leave the Canetbury countryside for Wales' favourite compass bearing, have you checked out the local hip hop? I recently stumbled across a top notch producer from your manor who go's by the name of Mr Loop www.myspace.com/mrloop1. He collab's with your neighbouring wordsmiths and the result is something quite spectacular. Theres a gig on June 1st @orange street music venue. Incase you were curious.

I will check out your link.
The name Mr Loop certainly sounds familiar and I have visited Orange Street many times (although the bastards never let me play there). It's an odd venue - they get complaints from neighbours about noise so the bands are really quiet. They were worried I would be too loud. They are quite wrong of course. Everyone knows I play soft lounge 'musak' and easy listening.
My gigs are 100% wholesome family entertainment much like Gary Glitter, Charles Manson and GG Allin.

The first band is in the pipeline. All but one of the members have been contacted (and he is almost certainly going to join). It's quite a strong line-up.
It appears Jack Sharp and the three stone cops could be back with a vengeance!
I will post more news soon.
